THINNER CLADDING PANELS
BILDA precision slot for panel fixing is from 2 to 5 mm wide and up to 40 mm deep. This low invasive geometry allows for the use of thinner panels. Savings of 15-20 % of the cladding material are realized.
Every component of BILDA cladding system has been carefully designed and tested through practice and modelling. Optimization of the geometry and material of the components has led to excellent strength-to-weight ratio and to low costs.
FAST AND EASY ASSEMBLY
All elements of BILDA are self-guiding, self-aligning and interlocking, thus guaranteeing accurate coupling on the building site. This ensures fast and easy assembly of the cladding with minimized errors, optimal performance and low installation costs.
BILDA patented components and coupling techniques allow for flexibility in substructure configuration. The cavity between building and cladding may vary in width (up to 60 cm), thus enabling facade modelling (pilasters, risalits, cornices) and the use of thicker thermal insulation.
SOLUTIONS FOR VARIOUS FACADE ELEMENTS
Special components are provided for nodes within the cladding areas (corners, reveals, copings, etc.) and for interface sections (to windows, curtain walls, sun-shading).

BILDA cladding system is designed for panels of any cladding material (natural stone, ceramics, HPL, etc.), thus allowing for creative freedom and installation by a single specialty contractor. It also combines all known techniques for panel fixing: from hole-and-dowel to undercut, to continuous groove, to precision slot.
